Job summary

Adalet, part of Marmon Holdings, is seeking a Sheet Metal Fabricator (Utility B) on 2nd shift in Cardington, OH. You will finish stainless steel enclosures, perform welding processes, and monitor machines while following drawings, BOMs, and work instructions.

This hands-on role emphasizes safety, quality, and teamwork in a lean environment. The position requires a High School Diploma or GED (manufacturing experience a plus) and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Manufacturing or machine-operation experience is a plus.
• Ability to read drawings and follow QA processes.

Responsibilities

• Finish stainless steel enclosures and components using grinders and finishing tools.
• Apply weld studs and use capacitor discharge and drawn-arc welding.
• Operate resistance welding equipment and monitor machines for proper operation.
• Inspect materials and finished products for quality; read BOMs and instructions.
• Follow safety policies and participate in Lean/5S efforts.
