Job summary

Crew Life at Sea Ltd. is seeking a Stage Technician to join our onboard crew in Miami, FL, supporting live shows on cruise ships. You will set up, operate, and troubleshoot lighting, sound, and video systems across performances.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of stage tech experience and strong teamwork, communication, and adaptability for a dynamic, travel‑intensive schedule. Technical certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Stage Technician in live entertainment.
• Strong working knowledge of lighting, sound and video systems.
• Ability to troubleshoot technical issues quickly and effectively.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
• Ability to adapt to a changing environment and work schedule.
• Willingness to travel and work on a cruise ship for extended periods.
• Technical certification or degree in related field preferred.
