The Woodruff Arts Center is seeking a Stage Technician to support the Memorial Arts Building, Symphony Hall, and related spaces. The role involves operating and troubleshooting stage equipment, leading stage crew during ASO and associated events, and ensuring smooth execution of load-ins, rehearsals, and performances.

The position requires thorough knowledge of concert production, hands-on use of tools, and proficiency with Microsoft Office, Outlook, and Excel.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3-year stage crew experience preferred.
• Knowledge of concert production and stagecraft.
• Ability to operate power and hand tools.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Outlook and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Operate and/or troubleshoot stage equipment.
• Serve as stage technician for ASO, ASHL, ASYO, and non-ASO events in Symphony Hall and related spaces.
• Maintain stage systems and equipment; keep maintenance records.
• Prepare placement/movement of equipment for rehearsals, concerts, hall rentals, and events.
• Load-ins/Load-outs and setups for events in Symphony Hall and offsite venues.
• Attend meetings and prepare information for follow-up items.
• Perform other duties as directed.
