You will size and design systems using hand calculations, scripts, CFD models, and Python-driven tools, guiding engineers across propulsion, operations, and R&D in a fast-paced vehicle development environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in engineering or related field; 7+ years in aerospace programs.
• Proven experience leading high-performing engineering teams.
• Proficiency in Python or similar for scientific computing.
• Experience with 1D flow modeling and CFD tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead a fluids analysis team across fluid dynamics and thermal systems.
• Define, scope, and schedule analyses to support program milestones.
• Ensure analysis fidelity across development phases.
• Oversee resources and progress to meet timelines.
• Set team goals and drive accountability.
• Perform thermal-fluid calculations for compressible and incompressible systems.
