Job summary

Fontainebleau Miami Beach is seeking a Service Bartender to prepare and serve cocktails and non-alcoholic beverages for guests in a courteous and efficient manner, while adhering to hotel standards. You will receive training in this role, perform duties such as taking drink orders, mixing ingredients, serving wine and beer, collecting payments, and overseeing bar setup and cleanup.

Experience in high-volume operations and flare bartending is preferred.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Take drink orders from guests and serve drinks.
• Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails and other drinks.

• Adhere to proper par stock ordering procedures.
• Complete and oversee bar setup and clearing.
• Monitor and train apprentices.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
