Job summary

Staffing Industry Analysts (SIA) is seeking a Technology Research Analyst to investigate the technologies, business models, and market developments reshaping staffing and workforce solutions. You will produce research, analyze survey findings, engage with providers, and present conclusions through reports, conferences, webinars, and client discussions.

This US-based remote role favors West Coast residents (CA, WA, NV, AZ, CO) with Pacific Time availability, occasional travel, and opportunities

Qualifications

Strong analytical skills including data organization, validation and interpretation.
Ability to design and interpret surveys and market-sized analyses.
Clear, concise business writing for executives and stakeholders.
Experience presenting findings to senior audiences and clients.

Responsibilities

Produce independent and collaborative research with clear, evidence-based reports.
Develop survey-based insights through questionnaire design and data validation.
Analyze data and create visuals with charts and tables for executives.
Build expertise by monitoring technology developments and engaging with vendors and staffing executives.
Support clients by discussing findings and application of insights.
Present research at conferences, webinars, and client briefings with compelling presentations.
