Qualifications

• 1 year of sales or customer service experience required
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in recruiting, staffing, HR, customer service or business development preferred

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service to clients and temporary employees
• Recruit, screen, interview, and onboard qualified candidates
• Source candidates through job boards, resume databases, referrals, and recruiting platforms
• Match candidate skills with client staffing needs
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and temporary associates
• Conduct follow-up calls to ensure employee satisfaction and successful placements
• Generate and develop new business opportunities through sales and networking
• Perform client service calls and outside sales visits to grow partnerships
• Promote Surge Staffing services and identify additional staffing solutions
• Support branch operations through administrative tasks
• Assist with coaching, performance management, and retention efforts
• Resolve employee and client concerns in a professional manner
• Support branch growth and revenue goals
