You will deliver excellent service to clients and temporary staff, source and screen candidates, and build strong relationships while driving new business opportunities and revenue growth for Surge Staffing.

Qualifications

• 1 year of sales and/or customer service experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in recruiting, staffing, or business development preferred.
• Leadership or supervisory experience is a plus.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Willingness to travel locally.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service to clients and temporary employees.
• Recruit, screen, interview, and onboard qualified candidates.
• Source candidates through job boards, resume databases, referrals, and recruiting platforms.
• Match candidate skills and experience with client staffing needs.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and temporary associates.
• Generate and develop new business opportunities through sales and networking efforts.
• Perform client service calls and outside sales visits to maintain and grow business partnerships.
• Promote Surge Staffing services and identify additional staffing solutions for customers.
