Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Proven experience in customer service or related field.
• Prior experience in staffing industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Take inbound orders and enter into the system.
• Perform high-volume outbound calls to find qualified workers.
• Recruit, onboard, and place associates with JobStack registration.
• Process payroll for associates timely and accurately.
• Respond to administrative requests and manage claims.
