Job summary

Randstad Inhouse Services (RIS) is seeking a high-energy Site Coordinator to be the backbone of our on-site staffing operations. You will help coordinate recruiting, onboarding, and workforce management at client sites.

Screen and interview candidates, manage attendance and rosters, and collaborate with shift supervisors to ensure smooth daily staffing and safety compliance in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1 year of staffing or related experience.
• Entry level position suitable for fresh entrants.

Responsibilities

• Screen, interview, and select qualified temporary candidates to meet daily staffing requirements.
• Conduct site orientations, ensure safety compliance, and badge new hires prior to shift start.
• Manage attendance tracking, roster scheduling, and payroll processing for on-site staff.
• Maintain communication with shift supervisors to resolve staffing issues.
• Monitor performance and keep talent management records up to date.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Recruitment & Hiring: Screen, interview, and select qualified temporary candidates to meet daily staffing requirements.
• Onboarding & Training: Conduct site orientations, manage safety compliance, and ensure all talent are fully onboarded and badged prior to shift start.
• Workforce Management: Handle daily attendance tracking, roster scheduling, shift check-ins, and payroll processing.
• Client & Talent Relations: Maintain continuous communication with shift supervisors to resolve operational staffing issues and act as a supportive resource for on-site talent.
• Performance & Safety Tracking: Monitor talent performance, administer safety protocols, and maintain accurate talent management record system updates.
