Randstad USA is seeking a Site Manager to support Randstad Inhouse Service (RIS) on a client site in Missouri. You will build relationships with hiring managers, understand staffing needs, screen and interview candidates, and act as an on-site extension of the client's HR function.

You will develop a talent pipeline aligned with forecasts, execute recruiting plans, ensure compliance, and deliver recruiting solutions that meet quality and volume targets.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of business experience in sales and/or recruiting.
  • 1+ years in high-volume recruiting or staffing preferred.
  • Ability to develop strong working relationships.
  • Experience multitasking and prioritizing workload.
  • Professionalism and ability to communicate at all levels of the client organization.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and resolve complex client situations.
  • Ability to present business reviews and workforce strategies.

RIS offers a unique operations and staffing solution that caters specifically to clients with high-volume staffing needs. Randstad supports these top-tier accounts with an embedded solution, partnering on a client’s site to solve their workforce challenges.

The Site Manager will work on-site at our client’s location and build relationships with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs. They listen to understand the quality and volume and screen, interview, and identify qualified candidates to fill positions. Site Managers act as an on-site extension of the client's HR function, managing all aspects of the client workforce including business relationship development, recruitment, selection, and management of the employees.

What you need to bring:
  • 3+ years of business experience in sales and/or recruiting

Pay offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc. Based on eligibility, a successful candidate's total compensation may include a variable pay plan including bonus(es) and/or commission(s). In setting compensation, Randstad complies with all local wage and hour laws and while the pay range listed above is an annual amount, non-exempt employees will be paid hourly and therefore receive the hourly equivalent.
