Spaulding Rehabilitation Hospital Corporation, part of Mass General Brigham, seeks a Staff Scheduling professional to optimize staffing and shift allocation across a department. You will work with team leads and managers to gather requirements and build schedules that meet operational needs.

Required: Associate's Degree in Business Administration or related field; 2–3 years staffing experience and 1–2 years HR experience preferred.

Formación

• Education: Associate's Degree in Business Administration or related field; degree preferred.
• Experience: 2-3 years staff scheduling; 1-2 years HR experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and maintain the staffing schedule for a department to ensure coverage.
• Coordinate with team leads, managers, and stakeholders to gather staffing requirements.
• Analyze workload and skills to create efficient schedules.
• Monitor time-off and overtime to ensure compliance with labor regulations.
• Maintain records of schedules and data confidentiality.
