Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Record messages with 95% accuracy.
• Key punch payroll corrections with 95% accuracy.
• Provide staffing information and liaise with Directors and Nursing office.
• Record and maintain records of sick and absent time.
• Input time changes into schedules/attendance system.
• Communicate staffing issues to Directors/Nursing Supervisors to maintain records.
• Deliver excellent customer service to improve patient satisfaction.
• Update knowledge of procedures and regulations for patient ages.
• Assist in developing and revising staffing policies and procedures.
• Support harmonious relationships across units and departments.
• Adhere to organizational competencies and standards.
