Qualifications

• High School diploma, GED or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year related experience.
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service Skills, ability to handle heavy phone volume.

Responsibilities

• Assists in securing additional nursing resources under direction of the Nursing Supervisor to ensure adequate staffing levels.
• Makes recruitment calls to attain available staff and status is communicated to the Nursing Supervisor.
• Makes daily patient observer recruitment calls to secure coverage.
• Enters schedule changes into the staffing system including date/time changes, call outs and cancellations.
• Enters benefit time changes (PTOU, PTOS, Holiday) into payroll system with correct codes.
