Job summary

Medix is seeking a Sales Trainee to start a career in recruitment and sales. You’ll learn the Medix recruiting process, gain hands-on experience, and progress toward an Account Executive role with mentorship and a clear training path.

You’ll build a pipeline, conduct outreach, participate in weekly progress meetings, and develop core skills in sourcing, interviewing, and closing. This role offers hybrid work, competitive base pay with uncapped commissions, and a growth-focused culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required.
• Strong communication and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Source and identify qualified candidates through diverse channels.
• Conduct phone screens, virtual interviews, and reference checks.
• Meet weekly quotas for screenings, interviews, and submissions.
• Generate new business opportunities by sourcing leads and setting meetings.
• Shadow account executives and participate in coaching sessions.
• Develop territory plans and build relationships with clients.
