Elwood Staffing in Abilene, TX is seeking a Staffing Recruiter to advertise, recruit, screen, onboard, and place temporary associates. You will support sales goals, branch operations, and client service while upholding company policies and legal requirements.

The role requires bilingual Spanish-English abilities, strong communication, and proficiency with Microsoft Office; previous customer service experience is preferred. Schedule is Monday–Friday, with possible overtime.

Qualificações

• Experience in a customer service role preferred.
• Ability to work cross-functionally to communicate and resolve issues with urgency.
• Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Office suite.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Execute recruiting, order fulfillment, and service operations to meet 100% on-time order fulfillment – all the time.
• Interview applicants in a legal, timely manner, make hiring decisions; offer job assignments to qualified individuals.
• Administer pre-employment tests and enter results according to SOP.
• Ensure completion of all pre-employment paperwork and review for accuracy and compliance.
• Conduct quality control calls to clients and associates to maintain feedback channels.
• Make outbound sales calls to skill market candidates for customers.
• Communicate regularly with sales staff on order status and client satisfaction.
• Counsel, discipline, and terminate temporary associates, documenting as required.
• Ensure service operations comply with policies and regulations.
