Elwood Staffing in Utah is seeking a Staffing Recruiter to advertise, recruit, screen, onboarding, and place candidates in client jobs. You will support sales goals, branch operations, and high-quality service while exercising independent judgment in hiring and counseling temporary associates.

The role requires bilingual Spanish/English communication, strong Microsoft Office skills, and the ability to work cross-functionally with urgency.

Qualifications

• Bilingual: fluent in Spanish and English.
• Experience in a customer service role preferred.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with urgency.
• Excellent computer skills including MS Office suite.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, screen, onboard, and place candidates to meet client needs.
• Interview applicants in a legal, timely manner; extend job offers.
• Administer pre-employment tests and document results.
• Ensure completion of all pre-employment paperwork and compliance.
• Maintain open feedback channels with clients and associates.
• Make outbound calls to market candidates to clients.
• Coordinate with sales on order status and client satisfaction.
• Counsel, discipline, and terminate temporary staff when needed.
• Ensure operations comply with company policies and regulations.
