Elwood Staffing is seeking a Staffing Recruiter to advertise, recruit, screen, onboard, and place associates in branch assignments. The role supports sales performance, branch operations, and customer service objectives, while adhering to company policies and government regulations.

The position emphasizes independent judgment in hiring decisions, candidate placement, and counseling, with a focus on delivering superior customer service and achieving 100% on-time order fulfillment.

Qualificações

• Experience in a customer service role is preferred.
• Ability to work cross-functionally to communicate and resolve issues with urgency.
• Excellent computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Execute recruiting, order fulfillment, and service operations to meet on-time order fulfillment.
• Interview applicants and make hiring decisions; offer job assignments to qualified individuals.
• Administer pre-employment tests and enter results according to procedures.
• Ensure completion of all pre-employment paperwork and compliance under applicable law.
• Make outbound sales calls to skill market candidates to customers.
• Communicate regularly with sales staff concerning order status and client satisfaction.
• Counsel, discipline, and terminate temporary associates when appropriate.
• Ensure service operations comply with company policies and regulations.
