You will interview applicants, administer pre-employment tests, complete paperwork, and maintain compliance. The role requires strong communication and the ability to work with sales and service teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer service role is preferred.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with urgency.
• Proficient in MS Office and computer skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Execute recruiting, order fulfillment, and service operations to meet 100% on-time order fulfillment.
• Interview applicants in a timely manner and offer job assignments to qualified individuals.
• Administer pre-employment tests and enter results per procedures.
• Ensure completion of pre-employment paperwork and compliance with applicable law.
• Make outbound calls to market candidates to clients.
