Job summary

Ultipro in Madison, WI seeks a Recruiter for industrial staffing to join our in-office team, with a 8am-5pm schedule and no remote option. The role focuses on sourcing, screening, and placing candidates for manufacturing roles, working closely with the team to fulfill daily orders.

You will build pipelines, conduct drug screens, background checks, and I-9s, collaborating across teams to meet staffing needs and drive results in a fast-paced office environment.

Qualifications

• Recruiting and staffing experience preferred.
• Industrial or manufacturing recruitment preferred.
• Must have high-volume recruiting with urgency.
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) encouraged to apply.
• Ability to manage 40+ customers on a daily basis.
• Experience with MS Office.
• Ability to assess, delegate and provide follow up with customer orders/requests & internal team.

• Meet with your team to brainstorm new and exciting ways to get great people to work
• You will use your creative thinking to think outside of the box to attract candidates
• Apply your marketing skills to our postings, social media sites, and the community to help us stand apart
• Use your people skills and interview techniques to find the right candidate to fill our great opportunities
• Continue to build a pipeline of people and actively look for a way to impact order fulfillment
• As you find the right people for the job, you will conduct the drug screen, background check, and I‑9’s so we can get them to work!

Requirements:

• Recruiting & staffing experience preferred, but not required
• Industrial Recruiting or Recruiting in Manufacturing preferred
• Must have high volume recruiting with a sense of urgency!
