Essential Functions

• Recruit qualified talent to fill positions such as clerical, light industrial, and direct placement.
• Grow relationships and create new opportunities with assigned accounts.
• Communicate effectively with customers.
• Manage and communicate job postings.
• Schedule and conduct phone and face‑to‑face interviews.
• Maintain honesty and respect in all interactions.
• Follow up with contract employees via telephone and email, including those on assignment at clients.
• Participate in training, including product, software, and sales training.
