Cogent Analytics is seeking an Operations Administration Intern for a six- to twelve-month rotational internship based in Greensboro, North Carolina. You will cross-train across invoicing, collections, report generation, and client lifecycle tracking while supporting the Operations Administration team.

As you demonstrate proficiency, you will take on day-to-day responsibilities and provide coverage for teammates.

Position overview

Cogent Analytics is seeking an Operations Administration Intern for a six- to twelve-month rotational internship. This position will cross-train across the core functions of our Operations Administration team, building the knowledge needed to cover each Operations Administrator. As the intern becomes proficient in each area, they will assume day-to-day responsibilities, allowing team members to complete their own cross-training. This role will directly support the team’s goal of creating full cross-functional coverage and operational continuity. This internship is based in Greensboro, North Carolina, with a minimum requirement of 20 hours per week.
