Job summary

Gojob seeks a dynamic Staffing On Site Manager in Mount Juliet, TN to act as the main link between our agency, the client, and the Gojobber staff. You will focus on building strong relationships, ensuring smooth daily operations, and supporting employee satisfaction and productivity.

The role includes client management, onboarding, payroll and admin tasks, KPI tracking, and recruiting. Candidates should have 5+ years in workforce management, strong communication, and the ability to work

Qualifications

• 5+ years in workforce management (preferably in logistics or manufacturing).
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently with a sense of urgency.

Responsibilities

• Client Management: Build strong partnerships through proactive communication and support; anticipate staffing needs and propose solutions; conduct job analyses and create position descriptions; lead meetings and reviews; implement engagement programs to improve retention.
• Temporary Staff Support: Oversee daily operations and safety; lead onboarding; address employee concerns and attendance; support development and policy compliance.
• Admin & Logistics: Manage payroll, invoicing, reporting; maintain records; monitor costs; facilitate communication between Gojob and client.
• Recruitment & Hiring: Screen, interview, onboard candidates; build talent pipelines; track KPIs and support long-term goals.

We're looking for a dynamic Staffing On Site Manager to join our team in the Mount Juliet, TN area. In this role, you'll serve as the main link between our agency, the client, and the Gojobber staff. Your focus will be on building strong relationships, ensuring smooth daily operations, and supporting employee satisfaction and productivity. Salary: 50k-65k

Tasks & Responsibilities

Client Management

• Build strong client partnerships through proactive communication and support
• Anticipate staffing needs and propose solutions
• Conduct job analyses and create detailed position descriptions
• Lead regular meetings and present business reviews
• Implement engagement programs to improve NPS and retention
• Analyze trends and drive process improvements

Temporary Staff Support

• Oversee daily operations and safety compliance
• Lead new hire orientations and manage onboarding
• Address employee concerns and attendance
• Support employee development and ensure policy compliance

Admin & Logistics

• Manage payroll, invoicing, and reporting
• Maintain accurate records
• Monitor costs and suggest cost-saving strategies
• Facilitate clear communication between Gojob and the client

Recruitment & Hiring

• Screen, interview, and onboard candidates
• Build talent pipelines for future openings
• Track KPIs and support long-term goals

Experience & Skills

• 5+ years in workforce management (preferably in logistics or manufacturing)
