Job summary

Cornerstone Caregiving is seeking a Staffing Manager to support the Operating Director with scheduling, administrative tasks, and on-call duties. This role oversees caregiver management, recruitment, and client care in a fast-paced home-care environment.

Travel is limited, and candidates must have a high school diploma or higher, with possible degrees and two years in admin or HR roles. A valid driver's license and auto insurance are required. Benefits are included.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associates and/or Bachelor Degree; may substitute degree with education/experience; minimum of two years' experience in admin/HR in an office setting.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Valid auto insurance proof required.

Responsibilities

• Caregiver management: hiring and terminating caregivers as needed.
• Scheduling client and caregiver schedules via company software Axiscare.
• Recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding caregivers weekly.
• On-call management for after-hours calls from clients, caregivers, and referrals; urgent schedule changes address.
• General office support to the Operating Director.
• In-home assessments: conduct intakes and ensure client satisfaction.
• Client care: ensure high-quality service from calls to in-home visits.
• Adhere to operating standards and state compliance.
