Amsterdam Nursing Home in New York City is seeking a Staffing Coordinator to create work rotations, manage staffing levels, and handle communications. This role supports our Skilled Nursing Facility with precise scheduling, attendance tracking, and timekeeping software, ensuring shifts are fully staffed and operations run smoothly.

Ideal candidates have strong MS Word/Excel/Outlook skills, excellent written and verbal communication, and a collaborative, detail-oriented approach.

Qualifications

• Pleasant disposition and a positive attitude.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
• Excellent time management & prioritization skills.
• Experience coordinating general office workflow activities such as the distribution of departmental mail, answering phones.
• Collaborative spirit and willingness to learn.
• Available to work weekends.
