Zusammenfassung

Cedar Grove Respiratory and Nursing Center is seeking an experienced Staffing Coordinator for a temporary 3-6 month assignment. You will ensure staffing needs are met and assist the Human Resources Director with recruiting, sourcing and hiring talent.

The role requires strong organizational, time-management, and communication skills, with experience in long term care preferred. You will work with agencies, plan schedules and help with onboarding and reporting.

Qualifikationen

• 1 year of experience as a Staffing Coordinator or similar role
• Long term care facility experience preferred
• Knowledge of staffing policies, procedures and best practices
• Outstanding organizational and time-management skills
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and leadership skills
• Critical thinker with a problem-solving mind
• Reliable with respect to confidentiality

Aufgaben

• Plan, organize and implement a sustainable staffing strategy
• Monitor the company's staffing needs and take actions to staff accordingly
• Work with staffing agencies as needed
• Identify hard to fill roles and take proactive actions
• Assist in candidate screening and interviewing
• Assist with new employee orientation
• Design and plan work shift schedules
• Provide assistance with timekeeping
• Create, present and submit reports to management
