Staffing Coordinator (Scheduler) (Healthcare)

Bedford Post Acute is a 72 -bed facility located at 136 Donahue Manor Rd., Bedford . Our long-term staff members know the value of mutual respect, empowerment, and teamwork. Their dedication to uplifting each other has created an environment where work begins but love never ends.

Successful candidates will have the following:

• Experience with staffing schedules in a healthcare facility
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships
• Understanding of PPD, regulations, and ratios
• Strong computer skills

Your day to day:

You'll be responsible for ensuring our facility is properly staffed while also working to reduce agency usage. You'll assist our DON and Administrator with filling spots due to call outs by building strong relationships with staff members, increasing the likelihood that they'll pick up shifts. You'll also be responsible for filling in our labor tracker and keeping it up to date. You'll work under supervision of our DON to ensure compliance with current state, federal, and local standards.
