Regency Staffing is seeking an Onsite Staffing Manager to support day-to-day workforce operations across multiple client locations in the Midlothian, Waxahachie, and Cedar Hill areas. This role is based in Waxahachie, TX 75165 and requires regular travel between three onsite sites, along with direct leadership support for associates.

You will help ensure staffing coverage, maintain client and associate relationships, and support recruiting and onboarding activities.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish required.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel between three client sites.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to create and send daily, weekly, and client reports.
• Excellent organization and multitasking abilities.
• Professional, customer-focused attitude.
• Experience in staffing, recruiting, HR, or workforce management preferred.
• Ability to work independently and solve problems quickly.

Responsibilities

Schedule and Pay

• Schedule: 1st shift
• Expected hours: 40.0 to 50.0 per week
• Pay: $20.00 per hour
• Compensation: based on experience
• Work location: In person
• Locations served: Midlothian, Waxahachie & Cedar Hill, TX
