Job summary

Gojob USA is seeking a Staffing Onsite Manager to serve as the main link between our agency, client, and Gojobber staff in the Red Oak, TX area. You will build strong client partnerships, oversee daily operations, and support employee satisfaction and productivity.

• Minimum 5 years in workforce management, preferably in manufacturing or logistics.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Build strong client partnerships through proactive communication and support.
• Anticipate staffing needs and propose solutions.
• Conduct job analyses and create detailed position descriptions.
• Lead regular meetings and present business reviews.
• Implement engagement programs to improve NPS and retention.
• Analyze trends and drive process improvements.

• Lead new hire orientations and manage onboarding.

Key Responsibilities

Client Management:
