Job summary

Hyve Solutions, a US-based manufacturing partner, seeks a courteous front desk coordinator to manage on-site reception, verify visitors, maintain a log, greet candidates, customers and vendors, and provide directions.

You will support the HR team with open enrollment, coordinate interviews for the Talent Acquisition team, process I-9s, assist with payroll-related tasks, and ensure daily updates on attendance and communications.

Responsibilities

• Manage front desk and greet all candidates, customers, vendors, etc.
• Verify all parties entering the facility.
• Maintain a visitor’s log.
• Provide direction and support to visitors and staff.
• Receive and distribute mail and packages.
• Support contingent workforce with routine questions.
• Generate badges and replacement badges.
• Schedule interviews for the Talent Acquisition team.
• Send orientation emails to new hires.
• Process I-9 forms for new hires.
• Assist HR with open enrollment and employee engagement events.
• Support HR partners with translation needs.
• Manage locker assignments and audits.
• Assist with onboarding and payroll coordination with staffing partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage front desk
• Verify all parties entering the facility
• Maintain a visitor’s log
• Greet all candidates, customers, vendors, etc.-Provide direction and support
• Receive in FedEx/UPS/US Mail and distribute to appropriate parties
• Provide support to contingent workforce with routine questions
• Generate badges-new/replacement badges
• Schedule interviews for the TA team
• Send out new hire orientation emails
• Process I9’s for new hires
• Support the HR team with open enrollment, Glint survey, employee engagement events
• Support ER partners with translation support
• Assign lockers
• Complete locker audits
• Support the conversion to Hyve process with contingent workers
• Work with staffing partners and payroll when there are payroll discrepancies
• Process the contingent worker attendance bonus report and staffing metrics report
• Provide additional support to supervisors and managers as needed
• Ensure supervisors/managers are provided with daily updates on call outs
• Process all contingent worker terminations, requests for corrective actions, coaching and counseling’s
• Ensure adequate amounts of badge cards, environmental policy cards, and lanyards are available for NHO-Monthly inventory of all items
