Job summary

ABR Employment Services is seeking a Green Bay-based Recruiter to lead full-cycle staffing for local employers and job seekers.

You'll source, screen, interview, and place candidates while building strong relationships with clients, candidates, and community partners in the Green Bay area. Join a nonprofit-owned organization focused on making an impact across Wisconsin.

Qualifications

• Experience with full-cycle recruiting, staffing, talent acquisition, or HR.
• Strong interviewing, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Experience using ATS, LinkedIn, Microsoft Office, and recruiting technologies.
• Knowledge of EEO, ADA, and hiring best practices.
• Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented professional who enjoys helping others succeed.

Responsibilities

• Manage the recruitment process by sourcing, interviewing, screening, matching and placing qualified candidates.
• Build trusted relationships with candidates and clients by providing interview coaching, maintaining consistent communication, negotiating offers, and delivering an outstanding hiring experience.
• Develop talent pipelines using ATS, job boards, LinkedIn, social media, networking events, community partnerships, referrals, and other creative sourcing strategies.
• Partner with Green Bay-area businesses to understand hiring needs and connect them with exceptional talent.
• Be a visible ABR ambassador throughout the Green Bay community—building relationships with employers, candidates, schools, workforce partners, and community organizations.

Position Overview

As a Recruiter in Green Bay, you'll be at the center of the local employment community—connecting talented job seekers with meaningful career opportunities and helping area employers build strong teams. From creative sourcing and community networking to interviewing, offers, and onboarding, you'll own the full recruitment lifecycle while creating an exceptional experience for candidates and clients.

What You'll Do

Highlights of Employment at ABR

Minimum starting base salary: $57,000 annually plus commission. Starting compensation may vary based on relevant experience and qualifications.
