Responsibilities

Own the daily staffing puzzle—matching caregivers to clients efficiently and compassionately.
Be the go-to problem solver for call-outs, last-minute changes, and urgent needs.
Build strong relationships with caregivers and clients to ensure consistency and trust.
Keep schedules accurate, organized, and up to date.
Support recruitment, onboarding, and caregiver engagement efforts.
Collaborate with your team to deliver high-quality, dependable care.
Participate in an on-call rotation (with additional pay).
