Scheduling Coordinator (CNA Required)

We're looking for a detail-oriented and flexible Scheduling Coordinator to join our dedicated team in a long-term care facility. Requirements & Experience

• CNA certification required.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility.
• Ability to work flexible hours and be available for on-call duties.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and post employee work schedules at least two weeks in advance.
• Coordinate time-off requests and ensure proper shift coverage.
• Maintain a current contact list for all staff for call-ins and schedule changes.
• Communicate all staffing shortages or issues to the Director of Nursing promptly.
• Track and report employee attendance, including missed shifts and call-offs.
• Respond to emergency staffing needs and assist on the unit if necessary.
• Handle on-call scheduling phone, taking call-offs and arranging coverage.
• Maintain accurate records and generate scheduling reports as needed.
• Order and manage inventory of medical supplies to ensure nursing units are fully stocked.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
