Short Description

Assist the Directors, Administrative Managers and Nurse Managers in maintaining appropriate staffing levels as recommended by the patient classification system, and in a cost-effective manner by utilizing Pool, reducing overtime, and eliminating agency usage whenever possible.

Coordinating hospital wide staffing resources while having direct oversight in the allocation and fiscal responsibility of managing these resources to ensure units are able to provide safe patient care.
