Job Description:
As a Recruiting Coordinator, you will screen and process resumes to identify qualified applicants for our open positions. You will maintain contact with applicants, providing position details and general information about Reynolds, as well as setting up qualified applicants with testing information. Additionally, you will search for potential candidates on major job boards to help build a candidate pool. Collaborating with Recruiters, you will identify creative ways to increase candidate flow. You will also represent the company at career fairs and other events to promote our career opportunities. The role includes cross-training in other areas within the Recruiting department.
