Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Current CNA certificate in the State of Illinois is required.
• Two years of related experience are required.

Responsibilities

• Assures adequate number of staff are scheduled at all times to meet the Guest’s needs and regulatory requirements.
• Maintains master schedule and log of clinical staff hours.
• Assists payroll with accuracy of hours worked by nursing staff.
• Communicates with DON and ADON regarding attendance and issues.
• Supports daily operations and may assist other departments as needed.
• Ensures infection control and safety practices are followed at all times.
• Maintains guests' comfort, privacy and dignity, and interacts with warmth and respect.
