Responsibilities

• Assist scheduling of healthcare employees across mobile accounts, ventilator units, skilled nursing facilities, and other locations.
• Review staffing needs, availability, qualifications, geographic coverage, and scheduling requirements.
• Communicate assignments, open shifts, and coverage expectations clearly.
• Contact qualified employees to fill open shifts and address gaps.
• Assist with preparing and maintaining recurring schedules.
• Maintain records of availability, shifts, time-off, and coverage activity.
• Place qualified employees based on facility needs and experience.
• Monitor and respond to staffing communications by phone, email, and systems.
• Collaborate with HR and leadership on new hires and orientation.
• Maintain Excel spreadsheets, staffing trackers, and reports for leadership.
• Assist employees with scheduling questions and attendance expectations.
• Support additional staffing and administrative duties.
