Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Preferred: College degree.
• Prior staffing/medical office experience and supervisory responsibility a plus.
• Computer applications including Word and Excel.
• Strong communication / interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multi-task successfully.

Responsabilités

• Directs and manages staffing office activities.
• Verifies schedule accuracy and prepares weekly payroll.
• Coordinates staffing including monitoring sick calls and notifying management of issues.
• Ensures compliance with policies and regulatory requirements.
• Maintains relationships with Nurse Managers, Supervisors and Directors.
