Job summary

Medical Park West Rehabilitation and Skilled Care in Norman, OK is seeking a Staffing Coordinator CNA to manage staffing for nursing personnel, coordinate interviews, and oversee onboarding processes. The role emphasizes clear communication and strong organizational skills within a multidisciplinary team.

You will ensure adequate clinical staffing, maintain attendance and compliance records, and support departmental staffing needs in a long-term care setting.

Qualifications

• Must hold current CNA licensure with geriatric care experience.
• Experience scheduling staff in a nursing home or home health setting preferred.
• KRONOS scheduling experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Staffing for all nursing personnel (RN, LVN, CMA, CNAs).
• Process applications for all positions.
• Schedule and conduct interviews with qualified applicants/candidates.
• Complete new hire reference checks, license verifications.
• Review staffing regularly and adjust based on census.
• Conduct clinical portion of new hire orientation.
• Conduct drug testing of all new hires.
• Maintain attendance records and in-services tracking.
