Job summary

Accel At Crystal Park in Oklahoma City, OK is hiring a Staffing Coordinator CNA/CMA. You will serve as the primary contact for staffing at the facility and schedule and coordinate staffing to ensure adequate clinical coverage.

You will be part of a multidisciplinary team dedicated to providing superior clinical care, rehabilitation, wellness, and supportive services to residents. We offer competitive compensation and benefits including health, dental, vision, life insurance, and PTO.

Qualifications

• Current, valid CMA or CNA licensure is required.
• Experience in a nursing home or home health care for geriatric patients preferred.
• Scheduling experience; KRONOS experience preferred; strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Staffing for all nursing personnel (CNA/CMA).
• Process applications for all positions and schedule interviews.
• Complete reference checks and license verifications.
• Review staffing and adjust based on census.
• Lead new hire orientation and conduct drug testing.
• Maintain attendance records and state-m mandated in-services.
• Track nurse licenses and administer TB tests for staff.
