Highland Park Health Care in Okmulgee, OK is seeking a Staffing Coordinator (CMA/CNA) to manage staffing for all nursing personnel. You will coordinate applications, schedule interviews, and verify licenses to ensure compliant staffing levels at our long-term and rehabilitative care facility.

The role emphasizes strong communication, organizational skills, and collaboration with a multi-disciplinary team to deliver exceptional resident care.

Qualifications

• Must hold CNA or CMA license in the state of practice.
• Experience in nursing home or home health with geriatric patients preferred.
• Scheduling experience required; KRONOS experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Staff nursing scheduling for RN, LPN, CMA, CNAs.
• Process applications for open positions and conduct interviews.
• Complete new hire reference checks and license verifications.
• Review staffing levels and adjust based on census.
• Lead new hire orientation and conduct drug testing.
• Maintain attendance records and state-m mandated trainings.
