Job summary

POSITION PURPOSE:

Assist in operations of the facility while maintaining staffing schedule and ordering for central supply

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF POSITION:

• Confers with appropriate medical and facility staff to coordinate and schedule staff for facility operations that provides quality of care for our residents.
• Assigns accommodations for staff related to nursing care needs, resident and resident's families preference
• Assist the Administrator with other operations duties as assigned.
• Order supplies weekly as part of ongoing ordering for resident care
• stocking supplies weekly with inventory

EDUCATION/ REQUIREMENTS:

High school diploma or equivalent plus a minimum of two (2) years experience in healthcare setting; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Active CNA license
