Job summary

Courtland Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center in Courtland, VA, is seeking a Scheduler/Central Supply Clerk to support nursing staff with medical supplies and staffing coverage.

The role ensures timely stock of supplies, accurate reordering records, and compliance with federal, state, and local regulations while respecting budget and census targets. Prior LTC or SNF experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Basic computer skills including Word and Excel are required.
• SNF/LTC experience is preferred.
• Previous central supply experience in a healthcare setting is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receive and verify medical supplies, record information for reordering, and manage supplies and billing.
• Maintain appropriate staffing levels to meet resident needs while complying with regulations and budget.

NOW HIRING : Scheduler / Central Supply Clerk

The Staffing Coordinator/ Central Supply Clerk plays a critical role in ensuring the Nursing Staff has all the necessary medical supplies they need and ensures proper staffing.

The responsibilities will include :

• Receiving and verifying medical supplies coming to the facility, records information for reordering, stocks, and accounts for medical supplies and billing.
• Ensures proper staffing is kept at all times in the facility to meet the needs of the Residents while in compliance with federal, state, and local regulations as well as budget and census guidelines.

Qualifications:

• Highschool Diploma/Equivalent
• Computer Skills - Microsoft Word/Excel
• SNF/LTC Experience
• Previous Central Supply experience in a healthcare setting preferred
