A leading home care services provider is seeking a Staffing Coordinator in West Orange, NJ. The role involves matching caregivers with clients, managing schedules, and ensuring high-quality service delivery. This position has primary responsibility for staffing and scheduling in home care services for Always Best Care Bergen & Passaic. The Staffing Coordinator matches caregivers with senior clients. This position involves extensive telephone work and interaction with caregivers, clients, and health care professionals. The Staffing Coordinator also responds to inquiries from prospective clients.
Education: High School Diploma/GED required.
Qualifications: This position requires at least 1+ years of experience in home care staffing or customer service in a home care setting. Must be a good problem solver and be able to work independently. Excellent telephone and interpersonal skills. Must be well-organized and have good attention to detail. Must be able to work well under pressure.

Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday
