A leading company in home care services is seeking a Staffing Coordinator to oversee caregiver schedules and ensure patient care needs are met. The ideal candidate will possess excellent computer and interpersonal skills, with responsibilities including staffing, monitoring schedules, and assisting in the hiring process.
The Staffing Coordinator is responsible for the development and continual monitoring of work schedules for Caregivers to meet patient care needs. They adjust staffing according to available staff, report changes to appropriate supervisors, ensure the accuracy of time reports, verify hours worked daily, bonus hours, overtime hours, and benefit days, and calculate staffing based on the adjusted census daily.
Familiar with and comfortable working on computers.
Possess good phone skills.
Ability to coordinate and perform multiple tasks.
Understand basic accounting principles.

Coordinate employee paperwork.
Audit inflow of paperwork for staffing purposes.
