Avir Vista in Texas City is looking for a Staffing Coordinator to join our family-focused team. The role is to manage, coordinate and confirm all staff scheduling in a timely manner to ensure the highest quality care and to minimize gaps in coverage.

We are searching for a Staffing Coordinator that is resident and family-focused, a team builder, and excited about the opportunity to assist in building a facility culture. The primary role of the Staffing Coordinator is to manage, coordinate, and confirm all staff scheduling in an efficient and timely manner to ensure that the highest degree of quality care is always maintained and to minimize gaps in coverage. In addition to staffing other duties will include taking charge of POC documentation; monitoring med carts, med rooms and education as needed. LVN or RN preferred.
