Avantara Arrowhead is seeking a Staffing Coordinator to join our friendly team. You will schedule employees to ensure residents have adequate staffing and maintain a master schedule to meet their needs.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent and at least two years of relevant experience; CNA strongly preferred. We offer competitive wages and a comprehensive benefits package.

• It is strongly preferred that the Staffing Coordinator is a CNA.

Responsibilities

As a Staffing Coordinator you are instrumental in ensuring our residents have enough staff in the facility at all times to care for their needs. Your work will ensure our residents receive the high standard of care they have grown to expect at Avantara Arrowhead by scheduling employees to meet our resident's needs, maintaining a master schedule and securing coverage for open shifts when needed. Our residents will depend on your knowledge, skills, and attention to detail to ensure they are comfortable and safe.

To be eligible for consideration applicants should have:

As a minimum, a high school diploma or equivalent. Two (2) years of relevant experience is preferable but we are willing to invest in the right candidate!

It is STRONGLY preferred that our Staffing Coordinator is a CNA.
