Job summary

Northwest Hospital in Baltimore County is seeking a Staffing Coordinator to optimize nursing staffing using available resources under leadership guidance. The role focuses on unit needs, census-driven adjustments, and accurate, computer-based scheduling.

Ideal candidates will have an Associate's degree and 1–3 years related experience, with a strong emphasis on maintaining staffing efficiency and demographic data accuracy for nursing staff.

Responsibilities

• Identifies and reports fluctuations to maintain cost-effective staffing patterns.
• Supports Management in maintaining accurate demographic, skill, and scheduling information on all nursing employees in a computerized scheduling system.

Pay Range: $21.06 to $31.59 Based On Experience
