Job summary

Northwest Hospital, part of LifeBridge Health, in Randallstown, MD, seeks a Registered Nurse under the direction of the unit manager to provide direct clinical patient care and to assume shift-based accountability for age-appropriate nursing care. You will supervise staff and help ensure high-quality care and efficient resource use.

Requirements include an active Registered Nurse license, with experience described as less than one year.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, and implement direct age-appropriate clinical care for assigned patients on a per-shift basis and at the unit level.
• Supervise staff to whom appropriate care is delegated.
• Be accountable to support the Chief Nursing Officer (CNO) to ensure high-quality, safe patient care, staff competency, and resource management.

Summary

Under the direction of the unit manager, this role provides direct clinical patient care. The role is responsible for supervision of staff to which appropriate care is delegated. The role is accountable to support CNO to ensure high quality, safe and appropriate nursing care, competency of clinical staff, and appropriate resource management related to patient care.

Pay Range: $37.15 to $57.58 Based On Experience
