WHAT YOU'LL DO:
As a Staffing Coordinator, your primary focus will be on recruiting and onboarding new employees to meet the organization's staffing needs. You'll be responsible for sourcing candidates, reviewing applications, scheduling interviews, and guiding new hires through the hiring and onboarding process. This role involves close collaboration with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements, maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates, and ensure a smooth, efficient hiring experience. Strong communication, attention to detail, and a proactive approach are key to success in this position.

WHAT YOU NEED TO HAVE:
To be successful as a Staffing Coordinator, candidates should have experience in recruiting, human resources, or administrative support, ideally within a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems, scheduling tools, and basic HR practices is important. Strong organizational and communication skills are essential, along with the ability to manage multiple tasks, coordinate interviews, and interact professionally with candidates and team members. A background in customer service or staffing agencies is a plus, as it demonstrates the ability to work with diverse individuals and adapt to changing staffing needs.
